Battery pack assembly process is divided into seven parts: optional assembly process, automatic welding process, semi-finished product assembly process, aging inspection process, pack testing process and pack packaging process. Battery pack is realized in two ways, one is through laser welding machine or ultrasonic welding or pulse welding, which is the common welding method, the advantage is better reliability, but not easy to replace.
